It works by binding to exposed protein in wounds, promoting healing and minimizing the risk of primary and secondary infections. Compatible with all medications except copper-based ones, AquaPro StressCoat does not contain amines.

What sets AquaPro StressCoat apart in healing efficacy is its incorporation of protein-active colloids. These agents actively target wounds, abrasions, or areas with exposed proteins, delivering disinfectant directly to these sites and initiating the healing process. Acting like a liquid bandage, the protein-active colloid provides additional protection to abrasions. AquaPro StressCoat maintains a neutral pH of 7.0, ensuring it won’t harm fish in enclosed containers. Even at higher doses, AquaPro StressCoat does not affect aquarium pH.
